Hauteur is regarded as a high-end luxury brand. We specialize in creating products made from premium materials with exceptional craftsmanship and design. We prioritize excellence, ensuring that our customers’ discerning tastes are met.

Does Hauteur have any brick-and-mortar locations?

Hauteur is only available for sale online.  We do not have any brick-and-mortar locations at this time.

Product Questions

How do I authenticate my Hauteur handbag?

Every Hauteur handbag features a unique serial number.  You can contact Customer Care and a representative can look up the item’s serial number to obtain the details about that specific piece.

We recommend that you buy Hauteur products directly from our website to ensure that you are purchasing an authentic piece.  

Do Hauteur handbags come in vegan leather?

Yes, Hauteur handbags do come in vegan leather.  You can view our entire vegan collection here.

Order Questions

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

We can cancel your order before it ships. However, we are unable to cancel any orders that have already shipped. Please feel free to initiate a return when you receive the order.

Can I modify the items in my order once it's been placed?

We are unable to modify any order once it has been placed.  The order will have to be canceled and a new order must be created.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  Please wait up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the shipping carrier’s website.

What do I do if I didn't receive my order?

If you’re missing items or shipments within 14 days of the ship date, please contact Customer Care with your order number for assistance.

Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 48 hours.  Orders with express shipping will be shipped out the same day, as long as the order is placed before 1:00 pm EST.  Any orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped out the next business day. 

Does Hauteur offer free shipping?

Hauteur offers free standard shipping for domestic orders only.  Standard shipping has a delivery estimate of 5 – 8 days.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are shipped from New York, NY.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with UPS and USPS for both domestic and international orders.   

Does Hauteur ship internationally?

Hauteur does ship worldwide. Enter your destination country and zip code in the cart to see if we ship to your location and the shipping costs.  Duties and taxes may be due when your order arrives to your destination country.  You will be responsible for all duties and/or taxes.

Returns & Exchange Questions

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for up to 30 days after delivery. Please note that all merchandise must unworn, undamaged, unaltered or defective to be eligible for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

What is your exchange policy?

Items are eligible to be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. If you choose to exchange an item(s), the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with the original tags attached (if applicable).

What is your return policy for international orders?

International returns are eligible for a refund if item(s) are returned within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return an item(s), the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with the original tags attached.  

You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email that must be printed and enclosed with your return. All returns require an RMA in order to be processed. We will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Payment Questions

What methods of payment does Hauteur accept?

Hauteur accepts PayPal.  If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a major credit card through the PayPal network.  

Can I use multiple payment methods on a single order?

We are unable to accept multiple credit cards for a single transaction. However, you can apply Hauteur gift cards, and/or Hauteur coupon codes to your purchase and pay the remaining balance with PayPal or a major credit card.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my international order?

Duties and taxes may be due when your order arrives to your destination country. You will be responsible for all duties and/or taxes.

Warranty & Repair Questions

How long is Hauteur's warranty period for handbags?

Hauteur’s warranty is valid for 5 years from the original purchase date.  

What does the warranty cover?

Hauteur will provide repair services and hardware replacement for free, provided it is within reasonable wear and tear within a 5-year period.  Click here for more information on our warranty.

Do I have to be the original owner for my handbag to be covered under warranty?

No.  Our 5-year warranty will cover any handbag that we sell, regardless of the owner.

Do I have to have the original receipt in order for my Hauteur handbag to be covered under warranty?

No.  We should have the purchase history from the original owner on file by looking up the serial number.  As long as the original owner bought the handbag within 5 years and the handbag meets our warranty requirements, it will be covered under our warranty.  

What is Hauteur's warranty process?

Hauteur will email you a pre-paid return label.  We will then inspect and authenticate the handbag.  We will let you know within 14 business days if your handbag is covered under warranty.  If your handbag is covered under warranty, we will fix the handbag at no additional charge.  If your handbag cannot be covered under warranty, your handbag will be mailed back to you.

Please allow 4-8 weeks to complete the warranty process.

Gift Card Questions

Does Hauteur sell physical gift cards?

We do not offer physical gift cards at this time.  

In what amounts do Hauteur gift cards come in?

The minimum gift card amount that we offer is $25.00 USD.  There is no maximum amount limit for our gift cards.

Do Hauteur gift cards have an expiration date?

There is no expiration date for our gift cards.
